Appearing in events such as fall festival and having their eggrolls sold in the canteen for fundraisers Molly’s Eggrolls and Smoothies has made several appearances on campus.

Currently located at the Apple Market on the corner of 6th and Spradling, this food truck’s mobility insures a presence at festivals and events around the area.

The small yellow truck offers a variety of options for customer preferences. The menu offers familiar meals such as fried rice and options providing a meal accompanied by one or two combos. Combo prices range from $6.99-$7.99.

While the menu seems to target Asian cuisine, the truck also offers smoothies. Fourteen flavors, including personal favorite cookies and cream, highlight the menu.
Other side options include orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, spicy wings, teriyaki wings and won tons. All sides are $3.

A limited dessert selection rounds out the menu. Order a coconut egg roll for a sweet flavor treat.
